In addition to maintaining a private studio for over 20 years, Ms. Michaels has taught voice, adjudicated competitions and auditions, given workshops and organized vocal and drama programs for various schools and groups.

Institutions Ms. Michaels has partnered with include The American Conservatory Theatre Education Program in San Francisco, University California at Berkeley Extension, Saint Mary‘s College, Justin Siena School, Basel Jazz Schule, Bern Jazzschule, Swiss Music Academy, and the Zürich Theater und Tanzschule. Ms. Michaels has acted as assistant director and musical director for the AHU Arts and Humanities International Children‘s Program for Young Artists.
Musical Direction credits include Fiddler on the Roof, Grease, Barnum, The Sound of Music, A Christmas Carol, Godspell, Guys and Dolls, West Side Story, Carnival and The Wiz.
Ms. Michaels is a member of the National Association of Teachers of Singing (NATS), Schweizerischer Bühnen Kunstlerverband (SKVB) and an associate member of the American Federation of Radio and Television Artists, Screen Actors Guild(AFTRA/SAG) and the Professional Women’s Group (PWG) in Basel. She has published various articles on singing, production and entrepreneurship for several publications including Classical Singer Magazine.
